HOW TO REGISTER: Complete the form below to reserve your spot in the DiscJockeys.com / Promo Only 4th annual Poker Tournament. You MUST register below to qualify to play.

AT THE EVENT: Pay your Entry fee of only $25 CASH directly to the Riviera Casino poker room manager, between 9pm-9:45pm, on the day of the tournament. This will confirm your seat at a table in the tournament. Seat limit is 100 players.

TO QUALIFY AND PLAY FOR FREE: DiscJockeys.com will pay your $25 fee, if you upgrade or renew your current listing for an additional year, to a SILVER LEVEL listing package or greater, prior to February 7, 2010.
