Company Mission Statement
I am going to provide a Wedding DJ business designed to provide professional quality entertainers with affordable prices. I want your wedding to be exactly what you want it to be and with my experience I can tell you what works well and suggest the different options when it comes to music and your formalities.
I WILL:
Go over the reception formalities with you, the different ways to do them and which ones to skip.
Create a custom timeline with you will keep things moving along during the reception.
Use your favorite music as a guideline so that the soundtrack of your life begins with your first dance.
Ask pointed questions about things I've learned to ask which often helps in your future coordination’s with the other venders. I can also suggest just the vendor to fit your needs for any of your planning process.
Communicate and coordinate with all of your vendors in a professional manner to make sure that we are all on the same page during the reception.
Set up my gear in a professional manner that is neat and orderly. I take pride in setting up as neat as possible with nice fabrics to help cover cords and stands and I even try to match your wedding colors as much as possible with my booth dressing.

PRICING
$1000 5-hour Wedding Reception
If you act before March 1, 2011 you can take advantage of the current Wedding Show Special
Reception Package $850 for 5-hours if you mention this Site
This includes:
Up to 5 hours of reception entertainment. ($100 each additional hour)
Professional sound system and LED lighting package with wireless microphones for crowds up to 200 people.
Unlimited consultation over your timeline, music and money saving advice for your wedding day.
HOW TO PROCEED
Call me at 345-7272 and set up a meeting.
The process involves an initial meeting to go over my DJ folder so that we can get a good idea of what you want your reception to be like and how I can make that happen.
I do not use high pressure or predatory sales tacticts to try and get as much money out of you as I can. I belive in up front pricing and will not exagerate my capabilities just to get your money.
If you decide to move forward, a $400 deposit and signed contract will hold your date and you will receive my planning and information folder to help guide you all the way down the isle.
Final payment is due 2 weeks before the wedding date. We will meet once again and spend an hour or so walking through each of the formalities and go over the information packets. This will help us script out the perfect timeline to your perfect day.
Additional Charges:
If a separate sound system is needed for a ceremony at a different location than the reception hall or if there are additional speakers required to fill up a large event of 250 or more. $100
Additional time. $100 per hour Due when requested. If you request additonal hours before your reception date you will get $20 off each additonal hour.
I support our Men and Women in the US Military and offer a $100 discount for active service members.
